Choose your path

Judy starts with the person who needs support.

NDaccommodations is for neurodivergent, questioning, and self-identified people—and for the therapists and coaches who support them.

What Judy can help with now

A calmer way to begin.

Judy supports the conversation. She does not diagnose, provide legal or clinical advice, decide whether discrimination occurred, or promise an employer outcome.

Talk through what is happening

Start in your own words, with pace, format, text, theme, and motion choices that work for you.

Put needs into words

Connect workplace barriers with practical support needs or accommodations you may want to explore.

Understand the process

Get plain-language orientation to accommodation steps, reasonableness, and options without “your rights” framing.

Prepare a next step

Create one user-directed take-to-HR summary letter, keep exploring, or learn about human support.

Coming later: vetted wellbeing and provider directories, expert scheduling, accounts, subscriptions, and saved case history. Those features are not live yet.
For therapists and coaches

Meet Judy before you introduce her to a client.

Judy can give clients a paced, ND-affirming place to organize workplace concerns between sessions. Join professional updates and help shape a responsible introduction path.

Judy complements—but never replaces—therapeutic, coaching, legal, or clinical judgment.

Judy at Work

What employers should know.

Judy helps an employee communicate more clearly. She does not approve accommodations, make legal findings, or replace the employer’s interactive process.

Ask about human support →
What should I do if an employee gives me a Judy letter?

Treat it as the employee’s organized summary and a starting point for conversation. Acknowledge it, identify the workplace barrier and requested support, ask focused follow-up questions, consider alternatives, and document the interactive process. It is not a legal demand, clinical certification, or approval decision.

What are the benefits of bringing Judy to work?

Judy can help employees arrive with clearer language, less unnecessary clinical detail, and a more structured account of what is getting in the way. That can make the conversation easier to understand and respond to consistently.

Is Judy assistive technology?

Judy is designed as an accessibility-support tool that helps ND employees communicate, organize needs, and participate in workplace-support processes. Whether a particular use qualifies as assistive technology or as an accommodation depends on the setting and applicable process. Judy does not make that legal determination.

When should a person become involved?

Human support may help when communication has stalled, a request is denied or unclear, conflict is escalating, or the parties need mediation, workplace/HR investigation support, or accommodation strategy.

Why we launched

A better front door to workplace support.

NDaccommodations is being designed and launched through the Kindness for Capital incubator because too many neurodivergent people are asked to translate deeply personal needs into workplace language at exactly the moment they are already overwhelmed.

Judy provides a calmer place to begin. NDaccommodations adds the human layer—expert review, accommodation support, and mediation when technology is not enough.
